All about baggage...

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

"No baggage, no drama" These two phrases are found in  personals ads, in ads for house shares, and in ads for roommates.  I always laugh when I see these phrases.  What kind of human has no baggage?  Is there such a person?  In my mind baggage is the history a person carries with them.  We all have baggage.  Now there are various types of baggage and different ways one deals with it all however - "WE ALL HAVE BAGGAGE!"

Here's how I see it = From a Kundalini perspective the baggage we carry can be found in all five bodies - the spiritual, the emotional , the psychological, the mental and the physical. Each area is addressed by the Kundalini and there are ways to make the process flow more smoothly.

This baggage seems to manifest in blockages.   We are taught by the Kundalini to find new, more acceptable ways to handle our baggage.  chrism offers ways to handle the baggage in a safe manner.

Those of us who have baggage in my mind are human.  My baggage goes with me wherever I go.  As I go thru my process it changes shape and substance. Find ways to carry your baggage with ease and ways to help make your process go more smoothly.

Grapes and Kundalini...

When I was here in CA 5 years ago from Feb- May I saw the grapevines trusseled up like men hanging over fences.  Looked rather uncomfortable to me.  The branches were empty of all leaves and were dry brown in color.  When I returned in Nov of last year I thought to myself that it will be fun to see the grapes growing thru a season.  So as the months passed the dry branches turned to leaves of various hues of green and began looking healthy and lush.  Had been wondering when the grapes would arrive and even though I have driven the roads by some wine land I never noticed the fruit until today.  The grapes all hang below the leaves.  There are different colors of grapes.  For there are many varieties of wines from this area.  I thought today that it would be fun to see the grapes harvested and to see how they make the wine.

Am not sure I will be able to do this since I will be having surgery but will see.

Kundalini comes in all forms to different people.  There are some events that everyone shares and others that are unique to an individual.  Just as the grapes go thru stages - one in the midst of Kundalini goes thru stages.  There are dark times and lush joyful times- there are times when one feels like he/she is staked to a fence not knowing what is walking along the path.  Open and vulnerable - staid and exposed.  Then there are the joyful blissful times when everything is colored bright and beautiful.  One is given the confidence to walk strongly and service those in need.
As the grapes grow beneath the greenery the energy of Kundalini begins its flow becoming stronger and stronger as one surrenders and trusts in the process.

So the grapes will be ready for harvest- they will be used to make wines of all flavors just as the Kundalini eventually brings the Shakti to the Shiva in a marriage of glorious grace.
Finding Kundalini in all things is what Living with the Kundalini is all about.  We learn to embrace that gift of love and walk with it thru the world as we know it.  We surrender to the process and flow with the energy in every increasing waves of love and grace.  Like the wine that flows with the harvest - reaching around the world to all cultures - all countries - all peoples.

I'm FINE...

How often do you find yourself responding to the ? “How are you?” with the words “I’m Fine.”  It has always bothered me that the expectation is that one will respond positively and never in any depth.  It seems to me that most people ask this ? out of habit.
I was reading a book by Louise Penny, a mystery novel and in it one of the characters wrote a poetry book entitled:  I’m FINE… When asked why she used capital letters she responded by saying “It means I am F*cked up, Insecure, Neurotic and Egotistical!”  AHHH- now that is being honest.  This struck my funny bone for there are times when I have been all these things and never would I say that I was to anyone.
It is really too bad that we do not feel comfortable being honest when asked a ? about how we feel.  After reading this explanation I received a phone call and when asked “How are you?”  I had to stifle my chuckle and I responded Oh I am fine just fine.  So if you hear a laugh when you ask me how I am it is because I will be thinking of this interpretation of “I’m FINE!”

I am so FINE>>>

Hildegard Von Bingen music...

Tonight I went to a program entitled "Through the Ear to the Heart " It is singing the chants of Hildegard von Bingen. She was a 12th century nun who composed songs and is being canonized a saint supposedly this OCT.

I had never heard of her until recently when some of us were introduced to a song of hers that chrism felt was very devotional. There was some talk on the devotional site about her wisdom and interests. Her songs are all written in devotion. Tonight I learned that she wrote songs for many of the monasteries in honor of the particular saint the monks/nuns honored.

I am a very visual person and like to see what I am hearing and attempting to sing but this lady's method is to have the group hear her sing and then we repeat. There is no right or wrong way - no need to say the words correctly it is singing from the God voice that she says is right at the base of the neck behind the throat.

When I was in middle school I sang the Latin for the Catholic masses and loved the voice that I had at that time. Since then I have only sung in church and on my own mostly to the nieces and nephews. Tonight it felt like I had never stopped singing. As I listened I was picking up Latin with some strange sounds turns out that it is Latin with a German bent as Hildegard would have spoken.

I love to sing yet never have felt my voice was any good yet tonight the sounds just rolled out of my body - She talked of the vibration of the voice and the whole use of the body to sing.

On the table there were the same flowers that I had seen in the video chrism posted today - explaining the K using the flower as a visual - these were pink - chrism used Yellow. She talked of the energy - the vibration, the voice of God, we being singing pipes as Hildegrad referred to folks. I saw so many K references - Kundalini Living is everywhere I go. Everything has Kundalini significance- everything. Tonight it was very evident that Kundalini is in my voice.

The leader talked about how our voice reached out to others. Just as we discuss here how the voice of chrism is infused with Shakti and reaches into our brains into our spines down to the base of the spine. Whether we hear his voice or read the words given - we receive. Tonight we all were receiving each other’s voice and I felt my K being gifted to those around me.

At the end of the time we formed a circle and sang thru the chant we learned ( kind of - no need to memorize it is only important to "feel" the vibration of the music and how it makes us feel) we sang once for ourselves - once for those around us and once for the world. A trinity of gifts - just like the Kundalini Mother /Father /child. Sacred Female /Sacred Male /Sacred Child.

I will be able to meet the next 2 months with them and I plan to go - I love singing and it feels good to belt out in song without worrying about how I sound to others.

I will be looking up Hildegard references but what this group has been working on is the play entitled: Ordo Virtutum - she writes of the virtues. We sang of HOPE tonight but I have a feeling that the virtues will be very in sync with the safeties presented by chrism.

This is what we sang only in Latin/German (sounds so much nicer in this language than English )

Hope- I am the sweet beholder of the living eye, whom deceitful torpor cannot ensnare. therefore you, o darkness, cannot cloud my gaze.

Virtues/Divine powers- O living life, and o sweet consoler, you vanquish the destruction of death, and your discerning eye the closed gated of heaven opens

Namaste

Writing ones' thoughts...

I find it interesting that  on FB so many write their thoughts, ideas and views and on the spiritual sites the writings are all teachings for everyone.  There is such a collective score of knowledge form so many.  Reading the words of famous folks is fine yet reading the words of the unknown is far better.  Here on this page I will list some of chrism's quotes- mostly from FB.  He is not well known by many yet his words of wisdom ring true to those who are in a Kundalini state of mind.  He has had personal experiences that have shaped how he views the process but more than this he has a direct connection to his Shakti Kundalini.
If we learn to step back and listen we too can hear the wisdom that is given to those who are gifted with the Kundalini.  It may not be thru words but thru events or co incidents or observations or prayer or meditation.  Gifts are given in many formats.  Open and you will receive.

A gift...

a gift by eshakti

life is like a flower, each experience is a petal. we are born into the world , we grow layers of being as we experience life. as we age the layers are peeled away until there is only a stem - our soul. We enter the new realm leaving behind our kindness, our thoughtfulness, our caring and love. we may no longer exist in this world physically, but as long as one person remembers- our legacy lives. to you i give a petal of love. may this petal help you to grow other petals of kindness and caring. may it add to your legacy.

Wings of light...

The above pic shows an aura of light and a halo about a person.  Kundalini will bring this to a person.  Others who pick up auras may see the energy around a Kundalini person.  Christ, the Virgin Mary  and the saints are often depicted with a halo and brilliant energy about their person.  This is indicative of the Kundalini.
The radiance that a person extends from ones body grows as the energy grows within that person.  This brings the necessity of following a practice if that is what our process calls for.  If one follows ones guidance then one will exude good clean pure energy outward.  Why is this important?  It is important because everyone who passes thru ones radiance receives the gift of grace that one is.  Those passing through will benefit from the grace that is given.
