We have powerful egos that will fight every effort to surrender to the Divine. Just when I think I am getting ahead on the path my ego jumps up and screams "NO WAY." It is a constant effort to let go of the old me and welcome the new me. Change is good - being with Kundalini is a blessing although at times when the ego is screaming it may not seem so.
